At Jacks Place Care, we understand that some individuals may require specialist, tailored support to help them feel safe, comfortable, and to engage meaningfully in our activities. We offer bespoke 1:1 session for people with complex needs, ensuring they have dedicated support to fully enjoy their time with us.
We work closely with families, carers and health professionals to ensure a holistic person-centred approach that enables everyone to thrive. If you are interested in 1:1 support, please contact us to discuss your needs and the associated costs, as this is a separate service from our standard day care rates.
At Jacks Place Care, we provide bespoke transport tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our fully adapted disabled-access minibus ensures safe, comfortable, and accessible travel to and from our farm.
A fully trained member of our caring staff accompanies each journey, offering support and reassurance every step of the way. This service helps remove barriers to attendance and ensures peace of mind for clients and their families.
