Learning Disability Support and Mental Health Services in Malvern
Welcome to Jacks Place Care CIC
Jacks Place provides care in the community, we provide open access, person centred support to people in the Midlands from our beautiful small holding Farm in Berrow at the foot of the Malvern Hills. Our Centre and projects offer life transforming interventions for all our local community, particularly those who face the challenges of learning disabilities, mental health, social isolation and unemployment. Most importantly we offer a listening ear, social contact, direct avenues to support and productive activity. We are currently working with Horizon Care and Education – Young lives matter, a few of their Children volunteer at Jacks and come September 2024 we will be working alongside AQA as a trusted Centre. We have recently been added to the Age Concern provider list for day care and support available now.
Day care costs £59.00 per day.
Transport is available through Jacks Place
